Digital Jewels gets recognition for customer service

Digital Jewels Africa, an IT governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm, has been awarded as Nigeria’s Best IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Service Provider of the Year at the National Customer Quality Assessment Awards.

This was disclosed in a recent statement made available to The PUNCH.

The company said the award celebrated organisations committed to exemplary service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The event, themed “Quality Leadership and Future National Brands,” which was held at NECA House in Ikeja, Lagos, recently, celebrated that set high standards in customer quality and leadership across various industries.
In his opening remarks, the Head of Operations and Strategy at Proten Technologies, Godwin Nwalozie, highlighted the rapid evolution of technology, focusing particularly on the transition between Nokia and Apple in the mobile sector.
While receiving the award, Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer of Digital Jewels Africa, Mr Tokunbo Taiwo, expressed gratitude to the organizers for the recognition and the rigorous selection process for the winners.

He emphasised the company’s dedication to providing organizations with technology solutions in line with global best practices.
